Don’t Tape Over is a full 30 minute TV pilot we funded by a successful Kickstarter campaign which raised over £14,000.
It’s is a psychological thriller wrapped around a sketch show.
We follow the impulsive and outspoken Alex as she travels to Glengall; a secretive island somewhere off the coast of northern England.
As she searches for her partner, Alex meets the unusual inhabitants of the island and becomes embroiled in an ever deepening mystery.
People have been going missing, the technology appears stuck in the 90s and someone has been making curated VHS tape recordings of old TV shows.
The strange thing is, the tapes seem to feature the inhabitants themselves...
If you’d like to see the full show please get in touch and we’ll send you a link.
We were commissioned by Jungle Creations (owners and curators of VT one of the most viewed Facebook pages in the world) to create two “mockumentary” style ads for Walkers Crisps to help promote their “Choose Me or Lose Me” campaign.
Working to a brief set out by Jungle Creations we wrote and directed this well received viral hit. The intention was to build interest and remind people of the board game Monopoly in the run up to Christmas 2018.
“Top 5 most innovative brand ideas of the week” (by AdAge)
“I think it’s wonderfully conceived, it stands out from all of the over-budgeted, high-gloss dross that is pumped out by overpaid agencies these days. It is well written, directed and filmed, the actors are spot on as well, great casting and just good, harmless fun to watch. Five Stars“ (Creative Moment)

Game Brain is a sketch taken from out comedy pilot Don’t Tape Over.
It’s an affectionate parody of the bizarre 90’s video game show GamesMaster.

Working with an idea set out by Jungle’s creative team, we wrote / improvised, shot and edited this video in a matter of days.
The in-car cameras and go-pro’s we used to shoot gave the video a “user-generated” feel which helped it’s virality.
Behind The Curtains is our daft web series that gives you a peek into what our cool lives are like when we’re not making sketches.
The idea with these is that we put them together in a couple of days for minimal cost. Just a bit of fun really…

This ad is completely unofficial, we just made it because we love the product so much.
Henderson’s Relish, for those who don’t know is a condiment only available in and around the Sheffield area. You’d be surprised just how proud the locals are of this sauce.
Despite being unofficial we reckon about half the population of Sheffield has seen it by now.
Working with a concept dreamed up by the creative team at Jungle Creations we wrote, directed and starred in this piece of viral marketing for Capri Sun.
On a hot August day we were cunningly disguised as fruit on a market stall. Hidden cameras captured the public’s reactions to us as they screamed, laughed or showed complete indifference.
We also worked in humorous interactions with the public as well as stupid chit-chat between the three main performers. These were a mix of improvisation and scripted dialogue we’d written ahead of the shoot. It was a very strange day…

In 2014 we were commissioned by BBC3 to make a couple of sketches with view to making an eventual series.
Unfortunately the series never came to be, but we had fun making the sketches.
